In my free time

I am so very proud of my teenage daughter and I consider parenting as my most important role. Further, I believe that role has so far been a key resource in helping me gain insight into the importance of empathy, patience, and understanding, all of which I apply when practicing as a counselor.

For leisure time, I strive to indulge in a variety of activities that I consider to be relaxing and joyful. For example, I have a deep passion for reading and writing, as they allow me to explore different perspectives and expand my knowledge. I enjoy traveling to gain exposure to new cultures and gain a broader understanding of the world. I also include cooking and music to my list of pleasures in life. I find cooking as not only a creative outlet but also a way to express love and care for my family and friends. Music is one of my primary sources of inspiration and solace.
