About Brandy

Working with me is a safe space without judgement.

Hello! I am Brandy Goins. Connecting with others can sometimes be such a struggle. Counseling should be a safe place. A place where you can unwind your thoughts and relax without worries of being judged. I provide a safe space for my clients to speak without worrying about societal standards.

Everyone walks a different path with unique obstacles. I am truly honored to help those who may feel their path is full of barriers when it comes to an unbiased and safe place to share.

Our first session will begin with getting some historical information and finding out what brings you to therapy. Subsequent sessions will focus on the goals that you desire to achieve. Through problem solving, self esteem building, and complex processing we will begin rebuilding a stronger foundation that you can stand on. When you begin feeling stronger and more autonomous our sessions will wane and we will either complete our time together or change your goals to begin a new successful challenge. Whatever you decide, I am here for your future needs.

Perhaps you or a loved one has a chronic illness, have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence, are in the military, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, been told you have schizophrenia, struggle with spirituality, sexuality, or addiction; these topics are my passion and where I have been able to help others navigate.

I have also had the honor to work with those on a journey to discover themselves in a new light or maybe in some way unique. I work with those transitioning, those involved with kink, those needing help in areas of their lives that they find it hard to secure practitioners who are comfortable serving specific populations.

Your journey is as distinctive as you are. My efforts will be to use my education, professional and real-life experiences to help guide you. I continuously engage in educational opportunities that help me refine my skills and practice. My focus is to help facilitate growth, change, and resolution for individuals, families, and couples seeking help with behavioral or relational challenges.

In my free time

I love spending time with my family, and on my farm with my goats and longhorn cattle. My goats love animal crackers for treats and my cows eat apple flavored horse treats! The goats break out of the pen to gather on the porch to beg while the cows gather around the front window peeping inside the living room mooing loudly to get my attention as if I might possibly forget to feed them somehow.
